The Leisure Pills trio is made up of Johnny Lim, Ryan Kramer, and Mike Meza. Each one an alumni from the same high school and college, each one a film maker, and each one a music enthusiast. With an ever changing line up, the band has been playing together since 2006. They quietly released a self produced EP in 2007 under the banner "The Ladders." Shortly after, the group wiped their slate clean, and set out to make a self funded album they could be proud of. With the help of producer, Corey Gonzalez, 2008 marks the year of the band's first full length LP, "Relief."
